LONDON, KY (December 15, 2021) - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Justin Taylor along with Deputy Landry Collett arrested Hannah Gabrielle Craft age 23 of Paul Marcum Road, London early Wednesday morning December 15, 2021 at approximately 3:53 AM.
The arrest occurred off Mike's Lane, approximately 4 miles South of London after this subject was charged on a Laurel District Court warrant of arrest obtained by Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Justin Taylor regarding an investigation conducted by Sheriff's investigators following surveillance for illegal drug activity conducted at a business off West Hal Rogers near London and a traffic stop that resulted later in London where deputies with assistance from London City Police located a large amount of:
- Suspected Methamphetamine
- Heroin
- Pills
- Marijuana
- Scales
- A Ruger pistol
- A large amount of U.S. currency
Hannah Craft is charged with:
- Trafficking in a controlled substance – first-degree – first offense – Methamphetamine
- Trafficking in a controlled substance – first offense – Heroin
- Trafficking in a controlled substance – first-degree – first offense – Opiates
- Trafficking in Marijuana
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
In addition, this subject was charged on a Whitley District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of;
- Driving on DUI suspended license – first offense
Also, this individual was charged on a Laurel Circuit Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear for drug court regarding charges of:
- Possession of a controlled substance – first-degree – first offense – Methamphetamine
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Theft by unlawful taking
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
