LONDON, KY (December 20, 2021) - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Brent France arrested Christian Mitchell Partin age 30 of Harris Hill Lane, Pineville, KY on Friday morning December 17, 2021 at approximately 8:52 AM.
The arrest occurred in a business parking lot off South Stewart Road, approximately 10 miles South of London after Deputy France was dispatched to a complaint of a male subject passed out in a vehicle in the parking lot there.
Upon arrival at the scene Deputy France noted that the male subject was in the vehicle with the window rolled down and was wet from rain and that the individual was difficult to awaken.
Upon awakening the suspect an investigation was conducted and he was determined to be under the influence.
This individual was found in possession of suspected Methamphetamine, and Neurontin capsules.
Christian Partin was charged with:
- Possession of a controlled substance – first-degree – first offense – Methamphetamine
- Possession of a controlled substance – first-degree – first offense – Opiates
- Public intoxication – controlled substances
- Prescription controlled substances not in proper container – first offense
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
