LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Brent France along with Deputy Allen Turner and Sgt. Brett Reeves arrested Tanner Alan Pomraning age 24 of Corbin on Monday morning January 17, 2022.
The arrest occurred off Fields Lane after deputies were dispatched to a disturbance call there.
Upon arrival at the scene deputies learned that allegedly a verbal argument resulted in a physical altercation where a female subject was struck in the face by Pomraning.
It was also determined that the male subject had an outstanding warrant.
Tanner Pomraning was charged with:
- Assault – 4th degree
In addition, this subject was charged on a Whitley District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of:
- Operating a motor vehicle under the influence – first offense
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
