Complaint Arrest: Man found looking through Windows of Vehicles at the Clay County Bus Garage on U.S. Route 421 in Clay County, Kentucky

MANCHESTER, KY (February 25, 2022) - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on Tuesday February 22, 2022 at approximately 8:00 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Paul Whitehead along with Deputy Dewey Grubb arrested Don Russell, 35 of Manchester.

The arrest occurred on the Hal Rogers Parkway, when Deputy Whitehead was following up a complaint of a male subject who was ran off from the Clay County Bus Garage on South Highway 421 when workers found the man looking through windows of the vehicles.

Once confronted the subject took off on foot and was located walking on the Hal Rogers Parkway. 

Donald Russell was charged with:

• Criminal Trespassing 3rd Degree

This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
