LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is asking the public for help in identifying the suspect pictured in this surveillance photo from a theft off Kentucky 490 in a business parking lot 4 miles north of London on Monday, May 29, 2023.
Over $2000.00 worth of tools were taken from the victim's vehicle in the parking lot.
On Tuesday, May 30, 2023 Deputy Tommy Houston arrested one suspect after locating the suspect vehicle in East Bernstadt.
Bobbie Lee Rudder age 37 of Annville KY was charged with:
- Complicity to commit theft
- Public intoxication
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
