MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson, reports that on Sunday, May 18, 2025, Deputy Dustin Henson responded to Colsons Gas station in reference to a male subject that had showed up on the property causing issues and that he had hit the emergency shut off valve outside the gas station.
Upon arrival Deputy Henson and Officer J. Smith with the Manchester Police Department spoke with the callers and property owner and they stated that the subject, as Christopher Hensley, 35, of Sizerock, KY had been there all morning hitting the doors and windows of the gas station and that he was asked to leave and didn't.
They stated Hensley was also in one of the property owners vehicles without permission. They also stated that Hensley had pressed the emergency shut off button to the gas pumps and that it would cost the business $800.00 to have someone or technician to come out and turn it back on or fix.
Hensley admitted to Officer J. Smith that he had got into one of the callers vehicle to try to get warm. Hensley was arrested and transported to the County Detention Center.
Christopher Hensley was arrested for:
- CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, 1ST DEGREE
- CRIMINAL TRESPASS-1ST DEGREE
This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
