LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's K-9/shift Sgt. Gary Mehler arrested Demetrius Thompson age 43 of Louisville, KY on Friday night July 7, 2023 at approximately 8:30 PM.
The arrest occurred off Waterworks Road, approximately 1/2 mile west of London after this subject was charged on a Jefferson County Circuit Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of:
- Flagrant nonsupport
- Shock probation for felony convictions
- Probation violation for felony offenses
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
