PORTLAND, OR - On Wednesday, November 8, 2023, Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) Detectives Unit, Special Investigations Unit (SIU) and the U.S. Marshals Service served a search warrant at a residence in Northeast Portland related to a financial crimes investigation.
During the search, commercial quantities of Cocaine and Fentanyl and two firearms were seized.
Paul Hall, 44-year-old was arrested and booked on:
- One count of Possession of Weapon (firearm) by a Felon
James Hartley, 46-year-old was arrested and booked on;
- 12 counts of Aggravated Identity Theft
- 11 counts of Aggravated Theft in the First Degree
- 4 counts of Theft in the First Degree
- Single counts of Laundering a Monetary Instrument
- Unlawful Delivery of Cocaine (attempted)
- Unlawful Delivery of Schedule II Controlled Substance (Fentanyl)
- Possession of Weapon (firearm) by a Felon
The investigation, led by MCSO’s Detectives Unit, is ongoing.
