LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Zach Allen along with K-9/shift Sgt. Gary Mehler and Deputy Daniel Reed arrested Roger Gilmore Parker age 29 of Tavares, Florida on Thursday evening November 23, 2023 at approximately 6:37 PM.
The arrest occurred off Sherman Lane approximately 1 mile South of London after deputies were dispatched to an assault in progress complaint there.
Upon arrival at the scene deputies conducted an investigation and learned that allegedly Roger Parker had struck a male subject in the face.
Roger Parker was charged with:
- Assault – 4th degree
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
