MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson, reports that on the early morning of Wednesday February 14, 2024, Deputy Rodney Smith arrested Brian Hubbard for Assault 4th degree and Terroristic Threatening 3rd degree.
Once in police custody, Brian Hubbard age 30 of Manchester, KY was transported to the Clay County Detention Center.
According to JailTracker, Hubbard was booked into the detention center early Wednesday morning at 1:49 A.M..
Harvey Jackson was charged with:
- ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (MINOR INJURY)
- TERRORISTIC THREATENING, 3RD DEGREE
This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
