MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson, reports that on Thursday, February 15, 2024, Chief Deputy Clifton Jones arrested John William Culton on the charges of: Poss. of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 2nd> Offense Heroin and Public Intoxication Cont. Sub. excludes Alcohol.
After John William Culton, age 35 of Manchester, KY was taken into custody, he was transported to the Clay County Detention Center, where, according to JailTracker records, he was booked into the facility at 1:26 p.m. Thursday afternoon.
John William Culton was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
