MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson, reports that on Sunday, February 25, 2024, Deputy Zach Baker arrested Jacqueline Morgan for Failure to Appear.
Once in police custody, Jacqueline Morgan, age 44 of Big Creek, KY was transported to the Clay County Detention Center.
According to JailTracker, Morgan was booked into the detention center Sunday night at 10:01 PM.
Jacqueline Morgan is charged with:
- FAILURE TO APPEAR, CITATION FOR MISDEMEANOR
