ASHLAND, KY – According to the Kentucky State Police (KSP), Post 14, Ashland announces the arrest of Joshua Meenach in connection with an ongoing investigation into the death of Stacy Meenach.
The investigation began on Friday, March 31, 2023, following the discovery of human remains in a burned-out vehicle on Sawpit Road.
On Wednesday, March 27, 2024, the Greenup County Grand Jury issued an indictment warrant for Joshua Meenach, charging him with:
- Murder
- Arson in the first degree
- Tampering with physical evidence
- Abuse of a corpse
All charges were related to the incident on Sawpit Road.
