LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Zach Allen arrested Charles Miller age 52 of Green Acres Road ,London on Wednesday night May 1, 2024 at approximately 7:43 PM.
The arrest occurred on Johnson Road, approximately 1 mile east of London after Deputy Allen was dispatched to a complaint of a male subject walking down the middle of the road carrying a white bag.
Deputy Allen was able to locate the suspect approximately 1 mile east of London where he stopped and conducted an investigation.
During the investigation the individual was found in possession of suspected Methamphetamine.
Charles Miller was arrested and charged with:
- Possession of a controlled substance – first-degree – second offense – Methamphetamine
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
