KSP Continue Search for Two Escaped Juveniles from a Group Home in Bell County, Kentucky

MIDDLESBORO, KY (May 10, 2024) – The Kentucky State Police (KSP) is reporting that Troopers from Post 10, Harlan are still searching for two juveniles who escaped from the Middlesboro Group Home. 

The public should not to approach these juveniles if they are seen and immediately notify law enforcement. 

Jeremiah Fulton, a 17-year-old from Albany, KY, is described as a white male, 5' 4" tall, approximately 135 lbs., brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a light gray sweatshirt with a hood, light gray sweatpants and black tennis shoes.

Bailin Milliner, a 16-year-old from Shepherdsville, KY, is described as a white male, 5' 6" tall, approximately 145 lbs., brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a light gray sweatshirt, dark gray sweatpants and black tennis shoes.

Updated images of the youth have been included in this release.

The pair may be traveling in a black 2021 Kia Sportage (SUV) with a broken rear window.
