MANCHESTER, KY - According to the Clay County Sheriff's Office: Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting two (2) arrests in Clay County for Saturday, June 1st and Sunday, June 2nd in Clay County.
Sheriff Patrick Robinson announced these two arrests by the Clay County Sheriff's Office via social media.
- 1. On 6/1/24, Deputy Dustin Henson arrested Brian Bilbrey on the charges of Assault 4th Degree (minor injury), and Disorderly Conduct 1st Degree. Bilbrey is currently being held in the Clay County Detention Center.
- 2. On 6/2/24, Deputy Zach Baker arrested William Collins on an Indictment Warrant for Flagrant Non-Support.
