WILLIAMSBURG, KY - Ronnie Bowling, felony prosecutor for Whitley & McCreary counties reports that Timothy Samples was convicted of Robbery in the 1st Degree and Theft by Unlawful Taking in the Whitley Circuit Court for the armed robbery of Hometown Bank of Corbin, KY.
Samples was sentenced to 25 years in prison by the Honorable Judge Dan Ballou.
Samples was investigated by Coy Wilson of the Corbin Police Department and the FBI.
