MANCHESTER, KY — Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson, reports that on Tuesday, September 03, 2024, Deputy Dustin Henson, assisted by Deputy Michael Gilliam, attempted to serve a warrant on Shannon Lee Saylor.
Saylor, age 49, of Manchester, KY attempted to flee the CCSO deputies. After a foot pursuit, the suspect was apprehended and placed under arrest. The suspect, Saylor was subsequently transported to the Clay County Detention Center.
Lee Saylor was charged with:
- Warrant for Failure to Appear (Clay County)
In addition, Saylor was charged with:
- Fleeing or Evading Police 2nd Degree
- Resisting Arrest
This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
According to detention center records at the time of this publishing, no court date or bond has been set.
