Kentuckian Selected for U.S. Supreme Court Fellowship

FRANKFORT, KY – Attorney General Russell Coleman announced today that Kentucky Assistant Solicitor General Elizabeth "Betsey" Hedges has been selected for a prestigious Supreme Court Fellowship by the National Association of Attorneys General (NAAG).

Hedges, of Louisville, will spend three months living and working in the nation's capital with the NAAG Supreme Court Center to gain hands-on experience in U.S. Supreme Court practice. She will also play a key role in producing NAAG's biweekly Supreme Court Report, updating states on important case rulings and developments.

"I am honored to be selected for this Fellowship and look forward to the opportunity to work alongside some of the nation's top legal minds," said Kentucky Assistant Solicitor General Betsey Hedges "I'm eager to bring back new skills and relationships and put them to work serving the people of Kentucky."
