MOUNT OLIVET, KY – The Kentucky State Police (KSP) is reporting that KSP Post 6, Dry Ridge received a call on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at 12:26 p.m. concerning a deceased female on Brierly Ridge Road in Robertson County. Troopers responded to the property and confirmed the initial reports.
A female identified as Torilena May Fields (32) of Mount Olivet, KY was located inside the residence and was taken into custody without incident around 11:00 pm Wednesday night.
Torilena May Fields was charged with:
- OBSTRUCTING GOVERNMENTAL OPERATIONS
- TAMPERING WITH PHYSICAL EVIDENCE (COMPLICITY)
- ABUSE OF A CORPSE
Pending further investigation more charges may be filed. This matter remains under investigation by Post 6 Detectives.
Torilena May Fields was lodged at the Bourbon County Regional Jail on Thursday morning October 9, 2024.
According to jail records, Fields' bond is set at $25,000.00 cash.

Mount Olivet, KY (October 9, 2024) – At 12:26 p.m. the Kentucky State Police Post 6 Dry Ridge received a call concerning a deceased female on Brierly Ridge Road in Robertson County. Troopers responded to the property and confirmed the initial reports. Troopers attempted to make contact with a female inside the residence but received no response. A search warrant was obtained for the property and the Special Response Team was activated to serve the warrant. At this time, the scene remains active and contained with no threat to the public.
