MANCHESTER, KY - In November, 2024, Manchester Police Chief, Jeff Couch announced the promotion of Officer Derick Carr to the position of Sergeant in the Manchester Police Department (MPD).
MPD Officer Derick Carr has been a great asset to the Manchester Police Department, his work ethic is outstanding and the respect for and willingness to serve the citizens of Manchester and Clay County, KY has been nothing short of exemplary.
