OSP SEEKING WITNESSES TO FATAL EARLY MORNING CRASH ON INTERSTATE 5 IN LINN COUNTY, OREGON

LINN COUNTY, OR (December 17th, 2024) – The Oregon State Police (OSP) is seeking witnesses to an early morning Linn County crash involving a pedestrian who was struck and killed. The crash occurred at about 6:32 a.m. on Interstate 5 near Exit 216 (Halsey/Brownsville). 

Investigators are asking any motorists who saw the pedestrian in the area or witnessed the crash to contact OSP’s Northern Command Center at 800-442-0776 or *OSP (*677) from a mobile phone. Please reference case number #SP24408534.
