Clay County, Ky. (Oct.1, 2019) - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on September 30, 2019 at approximately 6:00 PM Clay County Sheriff Sgt. Jeremy Gabbard arrested Felix Cottrell, 45 of Cottrell Road.
The arrest occurred when Sgt. Gabbard received a location on the subject that had an outstanding warrant of arrest for domestic violence after Clay County Chief Deputy Clifton Jones responded to a domestic with injury in the prior month.
The subject was located and arrested without incident.
Felix Cottrell was charged with:
• Assault 4th Degree (Domestic Violence) Warrant
