MANCHESTER, KY (Aug 18, 2020) - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on August 17, 2020 at approximately 7:30 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Coty Arnold along with Sheriff Sgt. Jeremy Gabbard arrested Brian Smith, 36 of South Highway 421.
The arrest occurred when Deputies received a complaint of an intoxicated person inside the Arrowhead Court beating on automobiles with his fist.
Upon arrival, Deputies made contact with the individual who was noted to be manifestly under the influence of alcohol.
Brian Smith was charged with:
• Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place
