MULTNOMAH COUNTY, OR - On August 13, 2021, The Oregon State Police Criminal Investigation Division and members of the Multnomah County Major Crime Team responded to Rooster Rock State Park to investigate human remains found at the park.
Investigators have identified the deceased as twenty-one year old Stephanie Celeste Jones of Portland.
Detectives are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding Jones’s death.
