MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson, reports that: On Friday, March 28, 2025, Deputy Luke Thomas was dispatched to a residence on HWY 149 in reference to a domestic dispute.
After arriving at the scene and beginning an investigation, Deputy Thomas learned that a female subject identified as, Cerah Baker, 30, of Manchester, KY and her boyfriend had gotten into a dispute that escalated into a physical altercation.
During the altercation the male subject received a 4 to 5 inch visible scratch on his right arm. Deputy Thomas observed no visible markings on the female subject. She was placed under arrest and later transported to the Clay County Detention Center.
Cerah Baker was arrested for:
- ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE DATING VIOLENCE (MINOR INJURY)
This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
