LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Jared Hale arrested Elbert Hoskins, age 20 of London on Sunday night April 13, 2025 at approximately 9:00 PM.
The arrest occurred off Hawk Creek Road, approximately 5 miles west of London after this subject was charged on a Laurel District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of:
- Operating a motor vehicle under the influence – first offense
In addition, Elbert Hoskins was charged on a second Laurel District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of:
- Reckless driving
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
