(Flemingsburg, KY) - On March 4, 2013 Kentucky State Police Morehead executed an arrest warrant on a Fleming County High School teacher.
Arrested was Minnie McCord, 41 of Ewing, KY.
Information was obtained on February 14, 2014 involving Mrs. McCord giving students alcohol and marijuana in exchange for work done at her property.
After investigation by Trooper Jared Wagner, Trooper Brad Watson and Detective Wess Prather, a warrant was issued for Unlawful Transaction with a Minor and Trafficking in Marijuana.
Mrs. McCord was taken into custody and transported to the Mason County Detention Center in Maysville, KY.
The incident remains under investigation by Trooper Jared Wagner and further charges are pending.
