(Campbellsburg, KY) - A Henry County man was arrested by Detectives with Kentucky State Police Post 5 this afternoon after being charged with the rape of a minor.
Leo Zoeller, 47 years old from Campbellsburg, KY, was arrested by Detective Tim Moore at his home on Drennon Road.
The charges against Zoeller stem from incidents that allegedly occurred over a two month period in the summer of 2012.
In addition to Rape, Zoeller was charged with Sodomy and Sexual Abuse, all with a victim under 12 years of age.
He was lodged at the Carroll County Detention Center. Detective Moore is leading the ongoing investigation.
