Manchester, Ky. - MPD is reporting that on Sunday, June 21, 2015 Officer Jimmy Smith arrested a Clay County man on Town Branch Road in Manchester.
Arrested was:
Steven Abner age 36 of Manchester, KY.
Abner was taken into custody on a Warrant of Arrest for Criminal Mischief and according to jail records was booked into the Clay County Detention Center at 12:42 P.M. on 6-21-2015.
The warrant was issued for Steven Abner because of a Manchester Police Department case where Steven Abner allegedly broke into a parked vehicle on Town Branch Road early Saturday morning.
Also when Officer Smith arrested Steven Abner he found a weed eater and shop vac that is believed to be stolen.
