Manchester, KY - On Saturday afternoon, February 19, 2016 at around 4:00 P.M., the Manchester Police Department, the Clay County Sheriff's Department and Kentucky State Police responded to what appears to have been a three vehicle collision at the Jct. of KY 80 and U.S. 421 in Clay County.
At this time no official press release concerning the incident has been received by ClayCoNews, therefore we do not have any information about the operators of the vehicles, possible passengers or any injuries that may have occurred.
However, a photo submitted by Ron Curry aka "JerseyBull" certainly appears to indicate that three vehicles were involved, and this Crash scene video also submitted by "JerseyBull", shows at least one handcuffed individual apparently being taken into custody by police.
