Laurel County, KY - (Update at 11:10 P.M. on July 30th 2016) -- Sheriff Root is reporting that Sgt. Larry Parrott has reported that 5 year old Brayden Epperson has just been located safe and is with his biological father.
Social Services has been notified.
His mother Jamie Allen is in custody.
