Congressman Hal Rogers will Represent Kentucky's Fifth Congressional District for a Historic 23rd Term

SOMERSET, KY – U.S. Rep. Harold "Hal" Rogers, Dean of the House, won a historic 23rd consecutive term to represent Kentucky's Fifth Congressional District. Rogers was endorsed by President Donald Trump and defeated three opponents in the primary election with nearly 82% of the vote, winning the Republican nomination.
