2020 Session Results: Public Safety Legislation

Public safety is one of the most important responsibilities of government. During the 2020 Regular Session, my colleagues and I made public safety a top priority. We approved several measures aimed at protecting our most vulnerable.

MANCHESTER, KY (June 12, 2020) - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on June 10, 2020 at approximately 11:00 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Wes Brumley along with Deputy Cody Blackwell arrested Lester Smith, 46 of Arrowhead Court.

MANCHESTER, KY (June 12, 2020) - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on June 10, 2020 at approximately 11:00 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Wes Brumley along with Deputy Cody Blackwell arrested Nancy Mitchell, 37 of Arrowhead Court.

MANCHESTER, KY (June 12, 2020) - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on June 10, 2020 at approximately 6:00 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Wes Brumley arrested Jimmy Hoskins, 24 of Manchester.

LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's K-9 Deputy Gary Mehler along with Deputy Jamie Etherton and Deputy Daniel Reed arrested Jason Hoskins age 46 of London on Saturday afternoon June 6, 2020 at approximately 2:56 PM.
