Starlene Jones, 60, of London, KY, passed away Thursday, May 17th, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.
Starlene was born in Flint, MI on September 10, 1957, a daughter of the late Ezell (Bowling) and Starlin Jones.
Starlene is survived by her daughter, Chelsey Clae Hacker of London, KY; and her two sons: Jeffrey Sams and wife Terri of Manchester, KY and Shad Joseph Sams of London, KY.
She is also survived by 6 grandchildren: Michael Sams, Rachel Sams, Katie Sams, Jaxson Sams, Braxton Eli Hacker and Clayton Jagger Hacker; and by her sister, Christy Barger and husband Wayne of London, KY.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Starlin and Ezell Jones; her grandchild, Christy Elizabeth Faye Sams; and her brothers and sister: Terry Jones, Jerry Jones and Geraldene Jones.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, May 21st at Britton Funeral Home in Manchester, KY, with Scotty Jewell and David Thomas officiating. Burial will follow at the Manchester Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held 12:00 PM on Monday, May 21st at Britton Funeral Home in Manchester, KY.
