Mr. Jody Lynn Spurlock, age 42 of Manchester was born in Red Bird, KY on July 29, 1976 to Ray and Bertha Roberts Spurlock and departed this life on Sunday, July 21, 2019 in the AdventHealth of Manchester.
He was of the Holiness faith and enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, fishing, building cabinets, and time with family and friends.
He is survived by his loving wife: Patricia Spurlock of Manchester; his parents: Ray and Bertha Spurlock of Manchester; 2 sons: Ethan Ray Spurlock and Mason Trent Spurlock both of Manchester; 3 brothers: Gilbert Spurlock and wife Virella, Billy Spurlock, and Jonathan Spurlock and wife Melissa all of Manchester; a sister: Susan Fugate and husband Benny of Manchester; other relatives and many friends to mourn his passing.
Funeral Services for Mr. Jody Spurlock were conducted at the Hector Holiness Church on Friday, July 26, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. with Rev. Paul Mitchell, Rev. Cecil Benge, Rev. Joey Burns, and Rev Roy Lane Woods officiating. Burial followed in the Spurlock Cemetery with family and friends serving as Pallbearers.
