Willie Colwell, 75, of Manchester, KY, passed away Sunday, September 22nd, at the Berea Health and Rehab Center.
Willie was born on May 8, 1944, a son of the late Edna (Couch) and Ben Colwell.
He is survived by his two sons: Willie Colwell, Jr of Corbin and Ben Colwell of London ; and his daughter, Rhonda Kathleen Colwell of Harrodsburg.
Willie is also survived by six granchildren: Brianna Colwell, Ashlyn Colwell, Zoey Colwell, Alexis Wagers, Dorian Martinez and Alivia Lopez; three sisters: Joann Jewell of Tennessee, Pokey Mae Daniels of Tennessee, Charlotte Baker and husband Dave of Tennessee; and nine brothers: Charlie Colwell and wife Linda of Ohio, Kelly Colwell and wife Lois of Ohio, Burchell Colwell and wife Kathy of Ohio, Jerry Colwell and wife Pam of Ohio, Robert Colwell of Ohio, Harold Colwell and wife Jettie of Indiana, Troy Couch and wife Rose Ann of Hazard, Soul Colwell and wife Brenda of Hazard and Ray Couch and wife Valerie of Hazard.
In addition to his parents, Willie was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters: Ronny Colwell, Pauline Colwell, Geneva Rizen and Elmer Mitchell.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, September 26th at Britton Funeral Home in Manchester, KY.
