Elsie Ruth Bishop, 54, of Manchester, KY, passed away Monday, October 14th, 2019.
Elsie was born in Jack's Creek, KY on May 9, 1965, a daughter of Pryse and Mary Cornett.
She is survived by her two children: Kent Barger and Jamie Napier (Jerry); two grandchildren: Trenton and Victoria Mays; her father, Pryse Cornett, all of Manchester, KY; her mother, Mary Cornett, of Salem, IN; four brothers, Hiram M. Cornett (Ella) of Salem, IN, Sam Cornett of Louisville, KY, Todd Smith of Salem, IN, and Pearl Cornett (April) of Sevierville, TN; and one sister, Mary Ruth Cornett of Manchester.
She leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, October 18th at Britton Funeral Home in Manchester, KY, with Ryan Smith officiating. Burial will follow at the Hensley-Ulysses Creek Cemetery in Bear Branch, KY.
Visitation will be held 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Friday, October 18th at Britton Funeral Home in Manchester, KY.
