Ralph Hacker, age 91, of London, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, December 1, 2019 at UK Healthcare in Lexington, Kentucky.

He leaves behind one son, George Michael Hacker of London, KY; four sisters, Rosetta Napier of London, KY, Irene Deaton and husband Jennings of Manchester, KY, Ethel Hibbard and husband Roger of Manchester KY, Geneva Jones of London KY; one brother, Chris Hacker of London, KY; two sister-in-law’s, Mary Hacker and Annie Hacker, plus a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.

He was preceded in death by his wife Geneva Hacker; his parents, Pearl Glenn and Mary Emma Hacker; four brothers Cecil Hacker, J.D. Hacker, Jack Hacker and Pearl Jr; two sisters, Hazel Sizemore and Mary Grubbs; three brother-in-law’s, Lige Sizemore, Jessie Grubbs and Carl Napier; two sister-n-law’s, Fredia Hacker and Barbara Hacker.

Ralph was a devoted Christian and a member of Park Place Church. He was the Owner/Operator of Ralph Hacker Trucking Company for 50 plus years. He had a deep love for his family, friends and the family dog, Sassy. He enjoyed fishing and attending NASCAR races. Ralph was enlisted in the Army and served active duty in the Korean War. He loved his Country and proudly displayed the American Flag outside of his home.

Funeral services for Ralph Hacker will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Steven Baker and Merle Owens officiating. Burial will follow at the A.R. Dyke Cemetery in London, KY. Military honors will be provided by the local DAV Chapter 158 of Keavy, KY.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 beginning at 6:00 P.M. also at the funeral home.

The family has entrusted House-Rawlings Funeral Home with the arrangements.
