Rita Kay Hammack was born on April 14, 1963 in Corbin, Kentucky. She was the daughter of the late Franklin Delano Hammack and Dora Marie Hubbard Hammack who survives of London, Kentucky. Rita was an employee of the cookie factory in London and a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church.
She is also survived by two children, Jessica Sawyers and husband Johnny and William Matthew House and wife Krysten both of London; four siblings, Clinton Hammack and wife Dorothy, Etta Kennett and husband Charles, and Franklin Hammack and wife Rebecca all of London; and Jennifer Ridnour and husband Scott of Tyner, Kentucky; three grandchildren, Khloe House, Brayden and Brandon Sawyers plus a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Rita Kay Hammack departed this life on Friday, December 6, 2019 being 56 years, 7 months and 22 days of age.
