Mr. Ralph Wayne Lewis, age 48 of Manchester, passed away Saturday, November 24, 2012 at the Manchester Memorial Hospital.
He was born July 31, 1964 in Laurel County, Kentucky to the union of Herman and JoAnn Hollen Lewis.
He is survived by his children: Jodi Lewis of Trenton, Ohio, Taylor Henson of Fairfield, Ohio, Kyle Henson of Fairfield, Ohio, and Sydney Henson of Fairfield, Ohio. Also surviving is his mother: JoAnn Lewis of Manchester, and his sisters: Sandra Thomson of Manchester and Shannon Meadows of Manchester.
He is preceded in death by his father: Herman Lewis.
Funeral Services for Mr. Ralph Wayne Lewis will be on Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at 2 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Anthony Lovett will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Manchester Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be Tuesday, November 27, from 6 PM until 9 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
