Emma Morgan Spurlock, the beloved 22 year old daughter of Barry and Candace Grubb Spurlock went to her heavenly home on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at the Baptist Health Hospital in Richmond, Kentucky. Emma was born on Friday, March 8, 2002 in Louisville, Kentucky. She was a member of the Southland Christian Church of Richmond, a recent graduate with Honors from the Eastern Kentucky University as well as a member of the College of Young Republicans and a board member of the Madison County GOP. Emma worked at Pet Smart and was a Triage Technician at the Advance Animal Care in Richmond.
She leaves to mourn her passing her parents: Barry and Candace Spurlock, her siblings: Emory Spurlock, Amber Spurlock, Alaina Spurlock and Evan Spurlock. Also surviving are her paternal grandparents: Bobby and Marilyn Spurlock, her maternal grandparents: Virgil and Georgia Grubb, her aunt: Lindsay Westerfield and her husband Rondall, her uncle: Joshua Grubb and his wife: Ashley as well as her fiancé: Mikey Younger.
Funeral Services for Emma Morgan Spurlock will be conducted on Friday, May 31, 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Southland Christian Church in Richmond, Kentucky. Rev. Jason Koerner and Rev. John Ward will be presiding. She will be laid to rest in the Manchester Memorial Gardens in Manchester, Kentucky.
The family will receive friends and loved ones on Friday after 12:00 PM at the Southland Christian Church in Richmond, Kentucky.
