Nancy Belle Jones, 71, of Manchester, was born April 29th, 1942, passed away Wednesday June 5th, 2013 at the Manchester Memorial Hospital.
She is survived by these sisters: Bitha Hensley, of Manchester, and Rose Wagoner, of Wellston, OH.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Shirley Jones, her son, Billy Ray Hibbard, and these brothers and sister: Joe Hibbard, George Hibbard, Charlie Hibbard, and Katie Lou Hibbard.
A memorial service will be announced at a later time.
