Jasmine Charity Faith Collins, age 7, departed this life on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 from injuries received in an accident.
She was born on Thursday, April 20, 2006. She was a student at the Paces Creek Elementary School.
She leaves to mourn her passing her mother: Lisa Collins, her father: William Douglas Collins, her step-father: James Sizemore, her maternal grandparents: Logan and Oma Mitchell, and these brothers and sisters: Michael Collins, Douglas Collins, David Michael Douglas Collins, Priscilla Henson, Keith Sizemore, James Carl Sizemore, and Jeffrey Dwayne Sizemore. She also leaves to mourn her passing a host of other family members, aunts, uncles, cousins, classmates and friends.
Funeral Services for Jasmine Charity Faith Collins will be conducted on Sunday, February 23, at 2 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Steve May will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Smith-Sizemore Family Cemetery in the Bar Creek Community.
Visitation will be held on Saturday evening after 6 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Rominger Funeral Home.
