Dr.Teresa Madden, 58, of Manchester, Kentucky was born February 27th, 1956, and passed away, Monday, June 23rd, 2014 at the Nashville General Hospital in Nashville, TN.
She is survived by her two brothers, Scott Madden, and wife Linda, of Manchester, Roger Madden, and wife, Tracy, of Lexington.
She is also survived by four nephews and nieces, Jarred Madden, Justin Madden, Carolyn Elizabeth Madden, and Andrew Wilson Madden, along with four great nephews and nieces, Kelsie Madden, Brice Madden, Althea Madden, and Layla Madden.
She also leaves a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her death.
A memorial service for Teresa Madden will be held at a later date to be announced.
