Katelynn LaShae Goins, passed away Wednesday July 16th, 2014 at the Manchester Memorial Hospital.
She is survived by her parents Danielle Sizemore and Chris Goins, her sister Gracelynn Larae Goins, and brother Gavin Dakota Jett Wagers.
She is also survived by her grandparents Melinda and Johnny Caudill, Johnny and Brandy Goins, and Sinia Devon Maggard and a host of other relatives and friends.
The funeral service will be held 2 PM Sunday at the Morgan Branch Pentecostal Church with Tim Reid, Ken Bolin, and James Ray Jones officiating. Burial will follow in the Manchester Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be after 10 AM Sunday at the church.
