Mr. Jerry Roark, age 64 departed this life on Friday, August 8, 2014 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky.
He was born on Sunday, November 13, 1949 in Clay County, Kentucky to Arnold Roark and Nettie Sizemore Whitehead. He was a night watchman and a car detailer.
He leaves to mourn his passing his sons: Jerry Lee Roark and Arnold Roark, his mother: Nettie Sizemore, 4 grandchildren: Christopher Roark, Jeremy Roark, Delonia Roark, and Jessica Blevins. Also surviving are his sisters: Bonnie Hoskins, Judy Minton and Mallie Saylor.
He is preceded in death by his father: Arnold Roark, his brother: Jimmy Roark, his sisters: Brenda Wells and Gloria Hensley and the mother of his children: Jessie Roark.
Services for Mr. Jerry Roark will be Graveside on Tuesday, August 12, at 1 PM at the Hooker Cemetery in the Blue Hole Community. Bro. William Hugh Hudson will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Hooker Cemetery in the Blue Hole Community.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Rominger Funeral Home.
