June Forman, 76, of Manchester, was born September 10th, 1938, and passed away Tuesday, November 18th, 2014 at the Manchester Memorial Hospital.
She is survived by her children, Oakley Forman, Velman Forman, Brenda Forman, Freida Bellew, and Billie Jo Smallwood, along with 13 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and one sister, Barbara Allen of Indiana.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Rex Forman, her parents, Farmer and Hester Allen, one granddaughter, JJ Bishop, one brother, Benny allen, and two sisters, Della Stewart and Daisy Jones.
She also leaves a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her death.
Funeral services for June Forman will be 2PM Friday, November 21st, 2014 at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel with Joey Burns and Eddie Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in the Harts Branch Cemetery on Beech Creek. Visitation will be after 6PM Thursday, November 20th, 2014 at the Britton Funeral Home.
