Doris Lee Asher, born to the late William "Jake" and Sally Brumley on July 26th 1938, passed away on January 2nd, 2015.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl "Raymond" Asher and two sons, Carl "Buzzy" Asher and Mark Anthony Asher and the following brothers and sisters: J.B. Brumley, Albert Brumley, William "Red" Brumley, Loyd Brumley, Owen Brumley, Virgil Brumley, Heidi Smith and Chelsea Sizemore.
She is survived by the following children: Betty Sellards and husband Ben, Randy Asher and wife Beverly, Johnny Asher, Jimmy Asher and Charles Wayne Asher all of London and Jason Asher and wife Sheila of Manchester.
She is also survived by one sister, Esther Marcum and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as one special niece, Ruth Bullock.
Funeral Services for Doris Lee Asher will be held 3 PM Tuesday January 6th, 2015 at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel with Phillip Proffitt, Darrell Hodge and Donnie Gay officiating. Burial will follow at the Keen Woods Cemetery at Hyden, KY.
Visitation will be after 6 PM Monday at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel.
