He was born on Friday, September 17, 1943 in Reform, Alabama to Freeman Shelton, II and Maudeal Junkin Shelton. He was the owner and operator of 33 Pizza Hut Restaurants, 3 Sonics, a longtime member of the Masonic Lodge, a Shriner, a member of the Jesters of Lexington, Ducks Unlimited, a member of the New Beginnings Community Church and he was a veteran of the United States Air Force.
Mr. Charles Doll, Jr., age 89 went home to be with the Lord on Friday, March 15, 2024 at his home. He was born on Friday, May 4, 1934 in Covington, Kentucky to the union of Charles Doll, Sr. and Katherine Stubbeman Doll. He was a retired school teacher, former Girls Track and Cross Country Coach and a faithful member of the Island Creek Missionary Baptist Church.
Nana Lee Mobley Neace was born to Floyd & Martha Byrd Mobley on June 26th, 1935 at their home off of Cool Springs in Oneida, KY. She had 3 siblings – Lita Mobley Campbell, Clinton Mobley, & Golden Johnson. At age 16, Nana Lee was doing factory work in Cincinnati when a handsome young man from the hills of Breathitt County passed by on a bicycle. She whistled, he stopped pedaling, and soon she would become Mrs. Boyd Neace.
